SoccerFest Volunteers Needed!
ALL VOLUNTEERS WORKING A MINIMUM OF 1 HOUR WILL RECEIVE A COUPON FOR FREE HOT DOG, CHIPS, SODA
Equipment Collection (Easy)
- 1 chairperson - Role: Secure 3 volunteers and insure equipment is recorded and placed on the truck
- 3 Helpers - Role: As coaches report for game time, they will hand you their equipment. Record the transaction and place the equipment on the truck
- Time: 7:30 AM - Noon
- Where: Lower Pavilion
Goodies Distribution (Easy)
- 1 chairperson - Role: Manage the distribution of trophies, T-shirts, Coupons (Free Hot Dog, Chips, Soda)
- 3 Helpers - Role: Once coaches have returned equipment, give them enough goodies for their team
- Time: 7:30 AM - Noon
- Where: Lower Pavilion
Field Set Up (Some heavy lifting and walking)
- 1 chairperson - Role: Secure 6 volunteers and insure fields are ready for play
- 6 volunteers - Role: Insure nets, flags, game balls are in place for game times. Transition fields from U10 to U8 to U6/Micro
- Time: 7:15 AM Set Up, 11:00 Transition
- Where: Fields at North Boundary
Concession Stand (Age 12 through Adult preferably)
- Need many volunteers throughout the day - 1 hour minimum (7:30 AM - 2:00 PM)
- Report to Concession Stand
Skills Games Helpers (Easy)
- Elks Shoot Out, Riverhounds, MLS Soccer
- Role: Need helpers to assist with kids registration and skills games
- Where: Grassy area by concession stand
- Time: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
